Get out of the house and spend a day with the kids on the Skagit River Bald Eagle Float and Nature Tour. Our expert guides will guide you down the river and help you spot Bald Eagles, Salmon, and other wildlife. Every tour includes information on the daily life of the eagles, how salmon influence the migration, and the history of the Skagit River and the first people who called the valley home.

We start out at our Blue Sky Outfitters B+B River Ranch, a restored 1910 farmhouse, the second structure built by settlers in the valley. We launch off our property and float through the 7800 acre Bald Eagle Preserve. Drift quietly by the eagles while enjoying warm blankets and hot chocolate served on board. This section of the Skagit is very calm and the tour is peaceful and relaxing. You'll be in awe by how close you come as you watch eagles perched in the trees alongside the river or soaring overhead with their magnificent seven-foot wing span!
